- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with all accessories, manuals, and promotional items included.

- Eligible Products: Most LYPERTEK products are eligible for return, except for:

  - Personalized or custom-made items.

  - Items marked as final sale.

  - Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@lypertek.com with your order number and reason for return within the 30-day return window.

2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Securely package the product, include the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

3. Refunds

- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.

- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.

4. Exchanges

- We offer exchanges for the same product (e.g., for a different color or size, subject to availability) within 30 days of delivery. Follow the same return process, and indicate your preference for an exchange when contacting us.
